Ok, I’m officially discouraged.
Michelle has been driving my car using my plates and my insurance. She’s run up about $300 in fines and now I’m getting the letters saying that I’ll have to appear in court if the fines are not paid.
She doesn’t have a job, she’s not in school. I know she can’t afford to pay the fines. What do I do now? *sigh*.
She’s moved out (I think). She just disappeared a couple of days ago. She breezes in and out while we’re not home. She took some of our stuff yesterday while we were at work. Nothing valuable, but she took my appointment calendar off the fridge. Now I don’t know what’s up for the next couple of weeks. *sigh*.
I’m not having fun at work anymore either. That makes it really tough.
I really enjoyed teaching yesterday morning, but now I’m stuck writing two more classes and preparing for a third – I’m a programmer at heart, I’m done teaching for a little while now. Unfortunately I have a class tomorrow morning that I’m not ready for and then two in October (14 and 15) – it will be a real crunch getting ready for both of them. That means that I have two weeks of gross work ahead of me. *sigh*.
Sherry is going to try and track Michelle down and find out what her plan is. If it doesn’t include us we’ll go ahead and cancel the insurance and take my (her) car back. I know that will make her life miserable, and in spite she’ll make our lives miserable. *sigh*.
It’s tough to be thankful.

*sigh*
And the roller coaster ride starts again, even though you've ridden it over and over and over til you're ready to toss your cookies. I don't know what to say, other than I've been there, I know how hard it is to balance the love you can't deny and the dislike that stares you in the face. Prayers lifted for you and Sherry ... and for your dough-head that she will see the light soon, and be safe in the meantime.
